This is the best EF-M lens, by far. And it should be, as it’s 3x the price of the other lenses, at least. Released Japan-only for the time being, it is available only via Amazon third-party sellers or Ebay, and sells for about $460. And it’s a steal at that price. Here’s why.
It’s the single sharpest EF-M lens. It’s the best macro lens, with a 6″ minimum focus distance, and it’s the only wide-angle EF-M lens. It’s a better lens than the EF 17-40L (which costs twice as much), and Canon and reviewers agree it’s better than the 10-22, and I can believe it.
